Regardless of what plan you follow, Dietary changes are usually needed. Many of us have relied on processed prepackaged foods for a long time and changing our thinking is difficult. Yet changing what we eat has the greatest effect on our health. I will attempt to guide you thru the maze of conflicting points of view on a variety of food related issues. Like many of the issues around Lyme there is no one way to go. There are some constant themes however, those are what I hope to clarify for you.
So, at the end of the day, what you do or do not choose to eat the one important factor to always take into consideration is BALANCE. When most people start making changes it is very common to go to the other extreme. Make sure when you add a food, protocol or therapy you go slowly and add gradually. No matter how good something is, too much of it will and can be very harmful. This includes drinking too much water, using too many essential oils or even bathing too often. Aim for BALANCE in all things and you are more likely to find it.
